What to see when you visit Valhalla

Macadamia nu pancakes with fresh fruit, macadamia nut sauce and blueberry preserves.
I wouldn't try to take those away from him if I were you.
Local wildlife in a constructed pool where they're trying out a system of food production that uses water hyacynth and tilapia
Larry/Lorenzo next to his high tech macadamia nut processor (yes, that's a spare tire and rebar). Larry has created a macadamia nut finca outside Antigua that acts as a preserve for much of the genetic material of macadamia trees in the world due to the many different varieties that grow on the finca. He's also got a penchant for dirty jokes that would make a professional limerick writer blush.

Darn, my plane for Peru is tomorrow, I would have loved to gone and seen this macadamia nut processor. This type of stuff is what I love to see, I have seen sugar, cashews, peanuts, etc in many countries. Thanks from Andy of HoboTraveler.com Travel Blog and HoboHideOut.com Hotels
