By the way, if you want to stop by for dinner, we usually eat sometime between 6 and 7 pm, but any notice would be appreciated. If you could bring a local beer we'd love it too.

Tuesday:
Chorizo, Squash, Potato and Spinach Empanadas
Radicchio Chopped Salad

Wednesday:
Nacho Night!

Thursday:
Tortilla Soup
Smoky Steamed Kale

Friday:
Chicken, Tofu, Spinach Mole Enchiladas

Saturday:
Total Tamale Night!

Sunday:
Leftover night (hunter/gatherer night)
